Meeting minutes

Earlier today at an undisclosed time, the undisclosed Cabal held an undisclosed meeting in an undisclosed location. In interests of secrecy, no participant attended.

Logistic issues of ghost storage were discussed. Some preliminary speculation of ramifications of ghost containment failure on wiki-life was conducted. Of particular interest was an old vampire with socks, but consensus to fund research into hematovore hosiery was not achieved.

Pharmaceutical and psychoactive substances were discussed as a side thread, but that is not really our department. The Ministry of Government Machinations and Travesties (wdne) has specialists (wdne) on payroll (wdne) for those topics.

News outlet set up

Since the E. European Wikicabal's publicity stunt (a heartfelt thank you goes to special agent A. B.) has generated a lot of positive feedback, the super-secret Ministry of Government Machinations and Travesties (wdne) has authorised for creation of an official news outlet.
